“We are excited to announce an option agreement regarding purchasing a commercial plot in Mosjøen. Under the agreement, Bergen Carbon Solutions will buy a fully regulated, ready-to-build commercial plot of five acres, hereby securing a plot for planned production facilities. Bergen Carbon Solutions has entered into an option agreement with Vefsn municipality  

for the purchase of five acres of commercial plot. Vefsn municipality will provide the land in a regulated manner, enabling Bergen Carbon Solution to conduct business activities in the area, including the production and possible further processing of carbon nanofiber. The option may be exercised for a period of 18 months from the date of written notice.
